Last Time I Went To My Ninjitsu Martial Arts Training... My Sensei Taught me of Front/Back/Side Falls And Front/Back/Side Falls... The next morning My whole Body Hurts.. I cant Even Extend My Arms Completely( If I Do.. It Causes pain) ... And If I Cough The Muscles Near My Abs Hurts.. So I Tried to Avoid Coughing... Lying Down Is Also Hard For me.. My Parents Usually Help Me On Lying and Standing... Is This Counted As Normal Muscle Soreness Or DOMS? (Im 13 BTW)

Muscle soreness just comes with the territory in sports like wrestling, but there's a lot you can do to ensure you're not constantly suffering. Thanks for the note, David.

Stretch/warm up and cool down stretch afterwards.

Build time in to the workout for both to avoid injury. May seem like a pain in the butt but consider how much training is lost under forced down time, not to mention the psychological aspect that can result in hesitation in the future.

I use a foam roller to massage nuisance areas. Not only do we have a built in gym provided us by nature, but our own body weight makes a great masseuse!
