The Clubbell Flow Evolution is a health-first clubbell training program that is meant to help people enact positive lifestyle change through the conduit of physical transformation. It is a user-friendly, plug and play fitness training program that caters to an individual’s skill and conditioning level to help them burn fat, build muscle, and improve strength and conditioning while also developing the character qualities they desire to embody on an every day basis.
Broad and deep. Those are two words that come to mind after previewing the actual product materials in the Clubbell Flow Evolution. I was lucky enough to be sent a copy of the program to beta test several weeks ago, and I’ve been pouring over it ever since so that I could bring you this product review today. Now that I’ve downloaded and previewed the actual finalized product materials themselves, I’m practically speechless. OK, ok, if you know me – I’m not exactly speechless, but this is a seriously impressive program – one that has transcended far beyond my expectations. But I guess I should have expected that from the likes of Shane Heins who is infamous for over-delivering on everything he creates. The nerve!

TACFIT Survival is a comprehensive, plug-and-play fitness training program that will help you develop a high standard of fitness by burning stubborn fat, building functional muscle and improving your conditioning level using a variety of movement skills and training protocols that were specifically created to improve performance in high stress situations such as competitive fighting.
Note: I just got a copy of TACFIT Survival this morning. So, naturally, I have not used the entire program, and this TACFIT Survival Review is based on my first impressions.

The TACFIT entourage just released a new training program called TACFIT Survival. Truth be told, I have been looking forward to this for a number of months, but I didn’t know it was being released today until this morning when a few of you wrote to me about it (thanks!). I have not used TACFIT Survival before, but in my travels, I’ve spoken with a few people that have attended a TACFIT Survival seminar, and I’ve heard comments ranging from “it’s freaking awesome” to “I thought I was going to die, and then I was done!” Needless to say, I’ve gotten mixed feedback, but overall, everything has been really positive.
Anyways, I just downloaded the entire program a few hours ago, and have had a quick looksee at all the materials. I took one session through a test drive (video forthcoming). As can be expected from a TACFIT program, it’s good stuff as far as I can tell, but it’s not necessarily RMAX’s finest from a product quality standpoint – in my humble opinion. That said, there’s no doubt in my mind that this is a solid program and I bet many of you will enjoy using it as I will in the future. I thought I’d give you my initial thoughts while the launch sale is still running (31% off until Sunday, April 15. Yep, that’s THIS Sunday!). So, hopefully, this review will help you figure out if TACFIT Survival is right for you and your goals.
In case you’re already familiar with the other TACFIT programs out there, TACFIT Survival is very much like TACFIT Commando. So, if you’ve enjoyed TACFIT Commando (I know that at least several dozen of my readers have from all the messages and comments I’ve received over the years), then you’ll also enjoy TACFIT Survival. They are certainly not one in the same, but they are quite similar in many ways. So, in that case, if you want more training materials to work through, TACFIT Survival will be right up your alley.
But for those that aren’t familiar with the other TACFIT programs, what’s all the fuss about TACFIT Survival? What’s inside the program, what do you have to do, and most importantly, what can it do for you? Well, now that you’ve asked, let’s have a look.

Scott Sonnon – Joint Mobility Mastery-Level Teacher
There is one thing, and one thing only, that I can point to with 100% confidence and say that everyone – yes, everyone – would benefit from including in their physical practice – whether as part of an exercise program or not. That one thing is [...]
A masked Gymnos Evolution - the creator of the Clubbell Hero Evolution.
My good friend, Shane Heins, just released a new clubbell training program called the Clubbell Hero Evolution. I have had the opportunity to test drive two sessions out of the “Thor” strength cycle that Shane sent me a couple weeks ago.
Truth be told, I wanted to be more prepared for this product launch, but business has been busy lately and I just haven’t had the time. You’ll just have to wait for the masked, red-headed, leotard-toting super-villain to reveal his true identity at a later date… Anyways, having just downloaded the full program this morning, I thought I’d give you my initial thoughts while the launch sale is still running (35% off until Friday, July 15. Yep, that’s THIS Friday!).
Overall, this new program is not all that different from the Clubbell Mass Evolution, which is a clubbell-based muscle-building program that Shane released late last year (review here). I gave Shane a glowing review for CME when it was first released in December – loved everything about it and still strongly recommend it especially with the new updates he has added. I remember saying at the end of my CME product review that “if we can expect programs of this caliber in the future, then I’m definitely looking forward to the next one.”
Well, it’s finally here and my first impressions are that this is another superb program packaged in another superb product.

So, last month, I wrote up a glowing review of Scott Sonnon’s TACGYM program. Loved everything about it. Fantastic program through and through. Then a couple weeks ago, Ryan Murdock and Adam Steer (known online as the “bodyweight coaches” and whom I’ve interviewed before) send me a copy of their Shapeshifter Body Redesign Program – another superb product that I’ve been looking forward to since last year. And now I hear that Shane Heins is coming out with another clubbell training program this summer. Ay yie yie! It’s hard to keep up with these guys.
Anyways, over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been taking a close look at everything in the Shapeshifter Program. And you know me. I’m critical, and I’ll be brutally honest about what I think – even if it hurts. Fortunately for them, I have mostly good things to say!
There’s a lot of buzz surrounding this program, and there are a lot of people hyping it up. So, I’m just going to cut the fluff and tell you like it is. If you want to know exactly what you get, the product-related pro’s and con’s, and who it’s best suited for (and not best suited for), then continue reading.

Wicked. No, not the type of wicked that implies evil and moral corruption, but rather the slang term we use way up here in New England. You see, we say wicked. A wicked lot. My apologies to people from Iowa.

The Clubbell Mass Evolution is the premier clubbell-based, muscle building program. There are other clubbell training programs out there, but this is the first one that is exclusively for building lean muscle mass.
My friend, Shane Heins, the creator of The Clubbell Mass Evolution
The Clubbell Mass Evolution was created by CST Head Coach, Shane Heins. I met Shane at a CST Certification seminar in 2009 and was impressed with his passion and knowledge. Don’t let the down-to-earth, “nice guy” shtick fool you. Shane is hardcore, but he balances that intensity with a sophisticated and intelligent approach in training. Shane walks the talk in his own training, and is a superb coach. He trains clients one-on-one, in small groups, and leads TACFIT group fitness classes in and around the Vancouver, BC area.
Shane claims that the Clubbell Mass Evolution (CME) will help you transform your body through the building of lean muscle tissue. He’s also very transparent about the results you should expect. This is not a maximal hypertrophy program that could pass for bodybuilding training. This is a program for developing functional, athletic muscle – a “hard body” physique, rather than a bodybuilder’s physique.
What’s makes the CME unique is the three dimensional nature of training with clubbells, and the development of strength through full ranges of complex movements. This is a systemic mass building program that is far superior to any bodybuilding, isolation, or split routine for the purposes of functional hypertrophy. You aren’t just training individual muscle groups, but stimulating the entire body to add muscle, which is how our physiology works. Not only that, but the entire program is periodized to have you progress from simple to complex movements while cycling training variables in order to maximize the potential muscle gain. The CME program is extremely well laid out and can be adapted and used by anyone with clubbells and a desire to pack on some functional muscle.
