How To Get Motivated By Building A Motivational Propulsion System: Programming Your Mind to Automatically & Habitually Exercise Your Body!

Unmotivated“I don’t know how to get motivated.”

Maybe for you, getting and staying motivated feels like an all-out war.  If this is the case, I’m going to be direct with you.  If you have ever struggled with how to get motivated to exercise (or how to get motivated for anything really), then you should do yourself a favor and read this article by Jonathan Altfeld, a master Neuro-Linguistic Programmer.

How To Get Motivated with a Motivational Propulsion System

I’m not allowed to republish the article on my blog, but lucky for you, it’s hosted in the “public” section of the Burn The Fat: Inner Circle, where I am a contributor and forum moderator.

I was skeptical at first, since I have read many articles about how to get motivated – most with little real usable ideas. Boy, was I wrong! When I was done going through this exercise for the mind, I was so psyched up to exercise, I could barely restrain myself. I then went on to reread the article with another subject in mind. I actually applied this article not only to exercise, but also to some business and personal goals that I was struggling to stick with. It’s ironic too because the strategy is so simple, and anyone can use it. I think this is what most successful people do everyday naturally.

The truth is that I had already used some of Jonathan’s techniques to get motivated without even realizing it. But I have never seen this strategy so clearly defined and put into a comprehensive article like this before – and I have read a LOT of articles about how to get motivated and staying motivated.

Help yourself out a bit, and take 5 minutes to give this a thorough and honest look – it could change your day and even how you approach goals for the rest of your life. I’m not trying to over-hype the article at all, just understand that I am really excited about it because it has worked for me several times in the past week and I couldn’t NOT share this with you.
