Hi Daniel,

The mobility work is great for lubricating the joints and restoring range of motion. However, it doesn't always fix structural imbalances and problems. A good physical therapist is your best bet. Although, I would begin working on some Prasara yoga to get deeper into the range of motion. I've received the best structural/postural results from Prasara BodyFlow Yoga practice.

Cheers,

John

John i have been doing the basic program for 2 wks and i feel great in my spine but i have noticed that i have been experiencing a tight IT band (old symptom) on the left side, i also have noticed my quads feel more tight than usual. and it feels like my right shoulder is hanging lower than the left one.
Do you have any suggestions
