So, last month, I wrote up a glowing review of Scott Sonnon’s TACGYM program. Loved everything about it. Fantastic program through and through. Then a couple weeks ago, Ryan Murdock and Adam Steer (known online as the “bodyweight coaches” and whom I’ve interviewed before) send me a copy of their Shapeshifter Body Redesign Program – another superb product that I’ve been looking forward to since last year. And now I hear that Shane Heins is coming out with another clubbell training program this summer. Ay yie yie! It’s hard to keep up with these guys.

Anyways, over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been taking a close look at everything in the Shapeshifter Program. And you know me. I’m critical, and I’ll be brutally honest about what I think – even if it hurts. Fortunately for them, I have mostly good things to say!

Shapeshifter Body Redesign Program – Sample Workout

I’ve got my product review mostly written already, and will have it published by midnight tonight – promise! It looks like a lot of people are gearing up to promote it, so it’s going to create quite the buzz. As always, if you want a comprehensive, honest review of the total package, I’ll have it for you here. I’ll cover the pro’s and con’s, and offer my advice for who I think the program is actually best suited for – so that your grandma and the rest of the bingo club doesn’t end up with it. While reviewing the full program, I tried out a couple of the workouts, and filmed this one to show you today. I wasn’t sure if they would appreciate me publishing one of the actual workouts from the main product (they’re cool guys, and probably wouldn’t care, but still), so you’ll get this teaser that was part of the launchpad program that Ryan and Adam released in advance. There is a bodyweight workout, complete with warmup and cooldown exercises, and a bonus “neuroboost” workout for using on your recovery days. Enjoy!

TACFIT Warrior FAQ for Consumers

Hi John,

I have been following TACFIT Commando, from the fence, for some time and have tried some of the exercises. They seem like a good fit for me and are quite challenging, and I think I am ready to purchase one program or the other (e.g TF Commando or the newer TF Warrior). I wondered if you would please comment on any differences. I am interested in some aspects of both programs. How are they different? My interest is for general fitness and martial arts. Appreciate whatever comments you can offer, and thanks for such extensive reviews.

Question: What is the difference between TACFIT Commando and TACFIT Warrior?
