			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There&#8217;s nothing quite like embodying the movement qualities of a venomous, stinger-whipping arachnid. Maybe it&#8217;s the ability to strike at a moments notice, or the cool feeling you get from rapidly redirecting your limbs in a coordinated, yet unpredictable manner. Then again, we might be over-complicating this. Maybe it&#8217;s simply the pincers. What I wouldn&#8217;t give for eight legs and a pair of pincers!</p>
<p>Fortunately for the human race, we don&#8217;t need to transform into scorpions to experience the sheer excitement that their movement abilities offer. Don&#8217;t believe me? Well, have a look at this&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>The Elevated Scorpion and Circular Scorpion Bodyweight Exercise Tutorial</strong></p>

<strong>Elevated Scorpion &#8211; Technique Tips</strong></p>
<p>1) Begin the movement in the quad squat position &#8211; squat deeply and place your hands on the ground in front of you, with hands angled inward and elbows slightly flaring out to your sides. Lean forward until your back is roughly parallel with the ground. You should now be balanced on your ball of feet. Be sure to remain equally balanced on all four limbs in the quad squat. This is your starting position.</p>
<p>2) Weight transfer to one leg, and lift the opposite leg directly upwards into the air. Open your hip until you&#8217;ve reached your maximum range of motion. This is a modified version of single-leg downward dog pose.</p>
<p>3) Once you can reach no further, externally rotate the raised leg and allow the knee to relax and hang downwards.</p>
<p>4) Continue to externally rotate the raised leg while turning your body to follow suit, until the leg starts to pass up and over your body&#8217;s centerline. At some point in this range of motion, your arm (the same side as your raised leg) will lift off the ground.</p>
<p>5) Continue the circular motion until you can plant the foot on the ground, just outside of where your opposite arm was planted. You are now balanced on 3 limbs.</p>
<p>6) Push forward with your planted arm, to bring both hands in front of you in order to re-enter the quad squat position.</p>
<p><strong>How to do the Circular Scorpion</strong></p>
<p>The circular scorpion is done exactly the same way as the elevated scorpion, except you initiate the movement from the end point of the elevated scorpion and pivot on that laterally-extended leg (circling around the planted leg). This is a slightly more challenging and more exerting movement.</p>
<p><strong>Benefits of the Scorpion Bodyweight Exercises</strong></p>
<p>These biomechanical exercises are useful for several things:</p>
<ul>
<li>building strength in the hips and spine by putting stress on the joint capsules</li>
<li>building strong muscles and connective tissues around these joints</li>
<li>shaving away tension in and around your joints and connective tissues</li>
<li>healing scar tissue in your hips and lower back</li>
<li>developing better hip mobility</li>
</ul>
<p>You can integrate the scorpion exercises into your training program in many ways. I often include it as part of my daily personal practice for the purpose of active recovery. Generally, performing 3-5 repetitions is adequate for a good release in the joint capsules, but you can perform as many as are necessary to receive a full muscular release, too. How many repetitions you need to perform will be specific to your needs, but to give you some perspective, I generally need around 10-15 reps for a full release.</p>
<h2>Wrap-Up</h2>
<p>Both of these movements are fun to do and come with a slew of health and fitness benefits. <p>So, last month, I wrote up a glowing review of Scott Sonnon&#8217;s TACGYM  program. Loved everything about it. Fantastic program through and  through. Then a couple weeks ago, Ryan Murdock and Adam Steer (known online as the &#8220;bodyweight coaches&#8221; and whom I&#8217;ve interviewed before) send me a  copy of their Shapeshifter Body Redesign Program &#8211; another superb  product that I&#8217;ve been looking forward to since last year. And now I hear that Shane Heins is coming out with another  clubbell training program this summer. Ay yie yie! It&#8217;s hard to keep up  with these guys.</p>
<p>Anyways, over the past couple of weeks, I&#8217;ve been taking a close look at  everything in the Shapeshifter Program. And you know me. I&#8217;m critical, and I&#8217;ll be brutally honest  about what I think &#8211; even if it hurts. Fortunately for them, I have  mostly good things to say!</p>
<p>There&#8217;s a lot of buzz surrounding this program, and there are a lot of people hyping it up. So, I&#8217;m just going to cut the fluff and tell you like it is. If you want to know exactly what you get, the product-related pro&#8217;s and con&#8217;s, and who it&#8217;s best suited for (and not best suited for), then continue reading.<br />

<h3><strong>So, what is the Shapeshifter Program?</strong></h3>
<p>Well, for starters, it&#8217;s a digital (ie downloadable) equipment-free, bodyweight exercise program that is meant to help you favorably change the shape of your body over the course of 6 weeks or longer. Shapeshifter will help you lose fat, build muscle, and create a beautiful physique using workouts that can be done anywhere, anytime. But this is so much more than just a workout program. It&#8217;s comprised of three major elements: training workouts, diet methods, and lifestyle strategies. When you combine all three of these elements together, you create a powerful synergistic effect to help you transform your body. The power comes from the integration of each element towards a common goal. Every good coach understands this process.</p>
<p>Sure, you can make good progress by starting a workout program, and every  diet will help you lose weight for at least a few weeks (even a poor  diet). But when you combine a well-rounded training program with a  goal-targeted diet, and supercharge that combination with a blend of carefully-chosen lifestyle strategies, you have a formula for major success. People who have dieted in the past without training (or vice versa) will notice a big difference in their results when they start to integrate both strategies together. To truly change your body and your life, accountability will be a huge asset for your success, especially if family, friends, and co-workers aren&#8217;t very supportive of your goals. The social support is contagious in a community like this, and will help motivate you to stick with the program.</p>
<h3>What Makes The Shapeshifter Program Unique</h3>
<p>Before I even get to the Pro&#8217;s and Con&#8217;s, I want to mention one of the  finest aspects of the Shapeshifter Program. Shapeshifter takes  plug-and-play to a whole new level. This is one major advantage that this  product has over others in terms of content delivery.</p>

<p>There are a lot of things that I like about this program, and I&#8217;ve picked 10 of them to focus on in this review.</p>
<p><strong>1) No equipment required &#8211; </strong>A huge advantage that Shapeshifter has over many other body transformation programs is that it requires zero equipment – meaning you need absolutely nothing else to get started and <strong>you can do the workouts anywhere, and anytime</strong>. You don’t need a gym membership or an expensive home gym to complete the Shapeshifter program. In fact, most of the workouts can be done in the space that two yoga mats would take up on the ground.</p>
<p><strong>2) Short, but intense workouts that fit all but the busiest schedules -</strong> Most of the workouts can be completed in about 20-30 minutes, making them very time efficient and workable for almost anyone regardless of schedule or time availability.</p>

Please note that these methods are based on timeless principles &#8211; no voodoo or program design magic at work. There&#8217;s nothing new under the sun here, just repackaged and reorganized in a new way for this particular system (with fancy, updated names).</p>
<p><strong>4) Recovery techniques are built-in to the curriculum &#8211; </strong>Part of the holistic nature of the workout program is that recovery techniques are included in the system itself. So, you&#8217;re not just sent off to enjoy a rest day (aka off day) a few times a week, but you actually do some physical training every day (I love it!). When you don&#8217;t have a challenging strength training session, you&#8217;ll spend some time on active recovery to speed up your progress. Not only that, but there are within-workout recovery techniques included as well. These advanced training strategies are invaluable  to anyone who intends on getting the most out of the entire six week program.</p>
<p><strong>5) The entire program is Plug + Play -</strong> I know I mentioned this above, but I wanted to reiterate that there is no guesswork involved with the Shapeshifter Program. You just follow the daily instructions and do the  work when you’re supposed to. No need to figure anything out or  customize your program. It’s action-oriented.</p>
<p><strong>6) Holistic body transformation approach &#8211; </strong>As I alluded to before, this isn&#8217;t just a workout program, but a complete lifestyle design program. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Each element works with the next to help maximize the potential progress your body can achieve in six weeks time. It&#8217;s quite the departure from most traditional workout programs in this regard.</p>
<p><strong>7) The program is structured yet flexible &#8211; </strong>Shapeshifter is very structured. It tells you exactly what to do every single day. Although, there is a little bit of room for flexibility, and there are even some alternative activity suggestions included in the program itself. So, you don’t necessarily have to give up your  current physical activity routine to follow Shapeshifter.</p>
<p><strong>8) Great for both beginners and seasoned trainee&#8217;s -</strong> You don&#8217;t need to be familiar with dieting, fitness training, or anything else related to them to start the Shapeshifter program. Everything is laid out for you already and it was created with the beginner in mind. That said, even athletes and seasoned fitness trainee&#8217;s will find value in the Shapeshifter Program for off-season training purposes or low-tech training options.</p>
<p><strong>9) Hollywood-quality video production -</strong> Adam and Ryan pulled out all the stops, including hiring a professional film crew for all of their video production and editing. Not only is the content superb, but also the presentation. This not only makes it easier to follow the program, but also instills a confidence in its effectiveness.</p>
<p><strong>10) High value for your money -</strong> For less than the cost of a single personal training session, you get a complete system to help you transform your body over six weeks. There is a LOT of material included in the program. They could easily charge hundreds of dollars for this, but they wanted to make this accessible to as many people as possible. So, if you&#8217;re shopping around based on value, this is definitely a viable option.</p>
<p>I could go on, but I hope you get the idea by now. This is well-beyond most other fitness training programs available online.</p>
<h3>Shapeshifter Program Con&#8217;s</h3>
<p>Overall, I don&#8217;t have any major complaints. The program will do what it claims. These are just some things you might want to know before you buy.</p>
<p><strong><img class="alignright" title="Shapeshifter Body Redesign Program Creator - Adam Steer" src="http://physicalliving.com/img/adam_steer2.jpg" alt="Shapeshifter Body Redesign Program Creator - Adam Steer" width="255" height="290" />I would have liked to hear more from Adam and Ryan themselves &#8211; </strong>A lot of the non-training content was actually contributed from guest experts (many of whom I recognized &#8211; so, they&#8217;re not all a bunch of quacks!). While I would have preferred otherwise, I think I understand why they did this. Adam and Ryan consider themselves body transformation experts with a specialty in fitness training. I&#8217;m sure they deferred to others with more expertise in areas they are familiar with, but not comfortable taking an expert position in. Not a big deal because I think the training program alone is worth the cost of the whole program.</p>
<p><strong>Some of the diet advice is controversial &#8211; </strong>I&#8217;ve found that the majority of the time, advice from the Shapeshifter is pretty solid &#8211; especially when it comes to physical training. Although, there were definitely some red flags when I was reading through some of the lifestyle, and in particular, the dieting methods. I won&#8217;t go over specifics, because I think that overall, the big picture will overshadow the minor grievances I have. This program will work even if some of the methods aren&#8217;t 100% agreed upon in fitness circles. Shapeshifter is centered around taking action on your physical goals every single day, and serves as a wonderful starting point for people ready to begin a new, healthier lifestyle. Don&#8217;t worry, the majority of what they&#8217;re teaching is agreed upon across the board. I just can&#8217;t fully endorse <em>everything</em> contained in the package. You can work out the specifics later (after you&#8217;ve transformed your body in 6 weeks).</p>
<p><strong>Some of the materials are repackaged with new titles -</strong> You definitely see the influence of Circular Strength Training (CST) in the Shapeshifter Program. For example, many of the exercises have their roots in CST, just with different names. Also, the main training modalities are also spin-off&#8217;s from other well-known training methods (e.g. HIIT, joint mobility training, etc.). So, there isn&#8217;t a lot of newness here, except in the way it has been positioned and programmed (which is original). So, this is NOT an encyclopedia filled with new exercises and transformation strategies. Again, no biggie, but something you might want to know before you buy.</p>
<p><strong>Some of the diet and lifestyle material was vague &#8211; </strong>Again, not a large mark off because this is an action-oriented program. But if you&#8217;re looking for a comprehensive dieting program that will answer all your nutrition questions, then look elsewhere. I see this program as a way of getting on the right track with the diet and lifestyle components, while following a masterfully-crafted training program. Diet and lifestyle refinement can come later once you have the basics mastered.</p>
<p><strong>I found a couple of bugs with their software and occasional typographical errors -</strong> Tech problems are inevitable, and with a project this large, so are typo&#8217;s. So this isn&#8217;t a big mark off. It just comes with the territory, but it&#8217;s good to know before you buy. Lucky for you, there&#8217;s a section in the &#8220;Community Hub&#8221; where you can alert the support team about tech-related issues.</p>
<p>One last note: I have not seen the sales page prior to writing this review. So, I&#8217;m not in the know about what kind of claims Adam and Ryan are making about the results you&#8217;ll experience from using the program (if they&#8217;re claiming anything at all). I have seen some of the pre-launch marketing materials, and wanted to make sure you are aware of something that came to mind. But before I say anything else, I&#8217;ve known both Ryan and Adam and have considered them my coaches for the past few years. In that time, they have both seemed like down-to-earth, honest guys that I&#8217;ve enjoyed getting to know (they&#8217;re quite the characters!), and there&#8217;s no reason for me to believe they&#8217;d make an outrageous claim or try to trick anyone. That said, I want to make sure I cover my butt when I tell you that I think spot reduction is a myth, and that genetics and basic physiology overshadows any attempt to &#8220;shape&#8221; your body a certain way. I think Shapeshifter can help anyone improve the appearance of their physique, but it won&#8217;t change your body type and won&#8217;t morph you into a superhero in only 6 weeks. Maybe I&#8217;m being presumptuous, but I wanted to speak up anyways. That is all.</p>
<h3><strong>A Final Word on Quality, Professionalism, and Value<br />
</strong></h3>
<p>Ryan and Adam have really raised the bar with their Shapeshifter Program (there&#8217;s been a lot of that lately, eh?). The complete package, from all its major components to the nitty-gritty details, is professionally done through-and-through.</p>
<p>To put it bluntly, the Shapeshifter Program makes competing products look like high school science projects that were thrown together the night before. It doesn&#8217;t take long to realize that a ton of time, thought, effort, and a significant financial investment went into this project. The fact that you can get the entire system for less than the cost of a single personal training session is astounding.</p>
<p>These guys have released fitness products before &#8211; most of which I  didn&#8217;t bother reviewing, but this time was different. They set out to do it  right, and to make a powerful impression &#8211; and they have. I think there&#8217;s still room for growth and development, but that doesn&#8217;t change the fact that the value of the Shapeshifter program is remarkable and the quality of its presentation is top-notch. On top of that, the content-delivery system is unparalleled in our industry (at least from what I&#8217;ve seen) and sets a new standard for those who are constantly striving to make fitness info more accessible to the public. Well done, guys!</p>
<h3>Who is Shapeshifter best-suited for?</h3>
<p>That&#8217;s an easy one. If you are willing to work hard to burn fat and build lean muscle to reshape your body, and you want to be told exactly what to do every single day, then the Shapeshifter Program is for you. I know that&#8217;s broad and encompasses a lot of people. So, to be a bit more specific&#8230;</p>
<p>I think it&#8217;s absolutely perfect for beginner&#8217;s or people who have been  on a diet or workout program without much success before. <p>While reviewing the full program, I tried out a couple of the workouts, and filmed this one to show you today. I wasn&#8217;t sure if they would appreciate me publishing one of the actual workouts from the main product (they&#8217;re cool guys, and probably wouldn&#8217;t care, but still), so you&#8217;ll get this teaser that was part of the launchpad program that Ryan and Adam released in advance. There is a bodyweight workout, complete with warmup and cooldown exercises, and a bonus &#8220;neuroboost&#8221; workout for using on your recovery days. Enjoy!</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">This is a great question and you&#8217;re not the first to ask, so I&#8217;m posting my response here. First things first&#8230; Here is the official answer from Scott Sonnon himself:</p>
<blockquote><p><strong>Question: </strong>What is the difference between TACFIT Commando and TACFIT Warrior?</p>
<p><strong>Answer:</strong> “Commando and Warrior are parallel in intent for physique and performance goals: the fat melting, muscle chiseling virtues are equal. Warrior adds a mental component not present in Commando, and as a result includes unique “cross-brain” exercises to train hard AND smart.”</p></blockquote>
<p style="text-align: left;">That&#8217;s an accurate summary, but it&#8217;s also pretty vague. Let&#8217;s dive into the nitty-gritty details. First, the similarities&#8230;</p>
<p><span id="more-4379"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Both TACFIT Commando (TC) and TACFIT Warrior (TW) have a lot in common. They&#8217;re very similar programs when it comes to the actual physical work being performed. They&#8217;re both bodyweight-only exercise programs that utilize the tabata protocol (high intensity interval training) to squeeze in a complete workout in about 30 minutes. They both have activity-specific joint mobility warmups and Prasara yoga cooldowns. They also both follow the 4&#215;7, 28-day periodization model, although each has some alternate options for training schedules.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The actual product materials are also very similar. With your purchase you receive: ebook manuals, training calendars, instructional videos, the TAC-FOOD diet manual, and some other bonuses. In TW, you get a follow-along video for each workout. In TC, follow-along videos are only included in the deluxe edition (more expensive version). One nice addition to the TW product are worksheets that you can use to track your progress (also included are some printable wall charts to display each workout). But like I said, you&#8217;re paying for very similar product features with either program &#8211; with two significant exceptions (in my opinion).</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">1) TACFIT Commando has 3X the amount of workouts than TACFIT Warrior (3 complete 28-day training cycles), but only 3 levels of movement sophistication (beginner, intermediate, advanced &#8211; aka recruit, grunt, commando). So, you&#8217;re getting 3 times as many workouts, but not as much versatility in exercise selection. TACFIT Warrior, on the other hand has less total workouts (1 complete 28-day training cycle), but it comes with 5 different levels of movement sophistication. Technically, you could perform an entire 28-day cycle for each level of difficulty, making TC have 9 total cycles included and TW having 5 total cycles. Although, people already in good shape or having prior conditioning experience (especially in CST or TACFIT programs) will find the lower levels too easy, which is why I might steer you to TACFIT Commando first (if this is your situation).</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">2) Both TC and TW are plug and play. You just follow the program. But one thing that TW includes that TC does not is a mental component built right into the videos and manuals (some bonuses are also included for teaching the mental side of training). The mental aspect of TW is a huge component, and makes this product quite unique from TC. This should definitely factor into your purchasing decision. <p style="text-align: left;">One last note: there is some overlap between each program. For example, while each workout is unique, many of the exercises are included in both programs (of course, some exercises are unique to each program, too). Also, there is some overlap in the TC and TW manuals &#8211; particularly in regard to how to apply the programs and in explaining the Circular Strength Training System behind them.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: left;">Summary</h2>
<p style="text-align: left;">TC and TW are both very similar programs when it comes to the actual workouts you&#8217;ll be doing. Although, there are some key differences. TC has more total workout materials, and TW is a more holistic program with the inclusion of the mental component and some other new features. Both are excellent stand-alone products in-and-of-themselves, but certainly one of them will be more suitable for your situation.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">If you were ONLY pursuing better health and fitness, then I would probably recommend TACFIT Commando right off the bat. However, you also mentioned martial art, which makes me wonder if you might be interested in the mental side of things, as many martial artists are. In the end, it&#8217;s really up to you &#8211; I can&#8217;t possibly make the decision for you. They&#8217;re both excellent programs and I&#8217;m sure you would get a lot of use out of either of them. I hope this clears up the confusion and offers you the help you needed to make the decision.</p>

After further inspection, you&#8217;ll quickly realize that there&#8217;s a lot more to TACFIT Warrior than just some unique and effective workouts. If you look deeper, you&#8217;ll learn that TACFIT Warrior is actually an entry-level, experience-based fitness program for rewiring your conscious and unconscious thoughts and behaviors through physical exercise. It&#8217;s a how-to template for achieving mental clarity and perpetual success, using your body as the channel for expressing that success.</p>
<p>Anyone can take the TACFIT Warrior workouts and receive exceptional physical results from them. This type of program will absolutely help you burn fat, build muscle, and develop remarkable conditioning levels. This is to be expected from any TACFIT or Circular Strength Training product that Scott Sonnon has released. But the physical results are only the beginning of this potentially life-changing program. Scott has also interwoven a mental component directly into the programming. This is the hallmark feature of TACFIT Warrior because it teaches you how to apply the lessons you learn in training to help you achieve positive results in other areas of your life, too.<br />

<h3>Pro&#8217;s and Con&#8217;s</h3>
<p>TACFIT Warrior (TW) shares many of the same advantages with other TACFIT products (especially with the TACFIT Commando program):</p>

<li>In comparison to other similar fitness programs, TW is very efficient in its delivery of value. Because of the ingenuity of combining the tabata protocol with strength-based bodyweight exercises, you get a large cumulative training effect in a single 20 minute workout. In only 20 minutes, you&#8217;ll have completed a high intensity interval training (HIIT) session AND a strength training session.</li>
<li>Because of this blend of HIIT with strength training, TW is a superb program for those with fat loss goals. Anyone wanting to lose fat, trim up their midsection, or reveal their abs will be well-served by the TW fat burning ciruits, which will elevate your metabolism and burn fat for hours after you&#8217;ve finished training.</li>
<li>In the same vein, those who are trying to build functional muscle will also be happy with the results TW delivers. It&#8217;s not suited for bodybuilders or fitness models, but you can build an impressive “hard-body” muscular physique.</li>
<li>TW is a bodyweight only fitness program, which means it can be performed anytime and anywhere. You don&#8217;t need any special equipment to complete a TW workout. You can get started immediately after downloading it.</li>

<li>TW is scalable with 5 different levels of difficulty, meaning anyone regardless of skill or conditioning level can begin the workouts today.</li>
<li>TW helps you develop the ability to remain calm under pressure, and execute tactically-specific, complex skills with ease and excellent technique.</li>
<li>As with all TACFIT Programs, TW incorporates both joint mobility and Prasara BodyFlow Yoga to provide active recovery to PRE-habilitate your body against injury or overtraining.</li>
</ul>
<p>One new addition that I really appreciate is the inclusion of suggestions for incorporating TACFIT Warrior with various training schedules and with other training goals. A lot of people won&#8217;t have the desire or ability to follow TACFIT Warrior exactly as outlined. So, these suggestions teach you how to maximize your results with the time you have available while accounting for your unique training goals.</p>
<p>Now, let&#8217;s talk about some of the disadvantages. One complaint that I have is with the follow-along videos. Now, don&#8217;t get me wrong. I love follow-along videos because I think they help a lot of people. What I&#8217;m not too keen on is the narrative that was over-layed into each video. Master hypnotist, Steve Barnes, offers reminders, cues, and words of encouragement throughout each mission simulation video. This is apparently one of the key elements in the mind/body connection. It&#8217;s not really a problem, per se, but it does irritate me. While there is something to be said of mental rehearsal and of positive affirmation, I&#8217;m not one to embrace encouragement being spoken to me through an audio recording. Some people like it, but I&#8217;m not one of them. The last thing I want to hear while I&#8217;m exercising at a near-maximal intensity is something along the lines of &#8220;you&#8217;re doing great &#8211; just a few more reps to go&#8221; in a cheerful, soothing voice. I may be calm when I&#8217;m exercising, but I&#8217;m certainly not cheerful or soothed &#8211; and I can find my own mental fortitude to push myself without the the extra pep talk. Again, it&#8217;s not a problem. I just find it distracting personally. Luckily, this issue can be remedied with the press of the mute button &#8211; making it a trivial complaint. (I know, I&#8217;m really reaching for some legitimate negatives)</p>
<p>The information contained in TACFIT Warrior is top-notch, but the overall product quality is average. Video and audio quality are decent &#8211; they communicate the content effectively, but aren&#8217;t studio productions by any stretch. The manuals are adequate, but not exhaustive. If you&#8217;re looking for shiny packaging, and cool special effects, then look elsewhere. If you can dismiss the packaging, and only really care about the subject matter, you won&#8217;t be disappointed one bit.</p>
<h3>Is TACFIT Warrior Right For You?</h3>
<p>People who will be most appreciative of TACFIT Warrior will be those who would purchase it for the workout program itself, but are also interested in beginning to learn the intricacies that training has on our mindset and lifestyle. I would NOT recommend this program if you&#8217;re solely looking for goal-achievement or success psychology advice. TACFIT Warrior has the bare minimum to help you apply the basic strategies, but this is primarily a fitness program. It&#8217;s experience-based, and a starting point for seeking further education.</p>

<p>Like I said, this is <span style="text-decoration: underline;">entry-level</span> behavior modification, and certainly not a definitive guide on the topic. You can study the programming if you&#8217;d like, and there is an adequate amount of learning materials to get started on the strategy behind it, but TACFIT Warrior is designed to be experienced moreso than just studied. It&#8217;s &#8220;plug and play,&#8221; not &#8220;ponder and plan.&#8221; You develop your capacity for mental focus and greater success by following the program and doing the work &#8211; not just by reading about it. All the planning has already been done for you &#8211; there is no guesswork involved. Just follow the program as outlined and you&#8217;ll be right on track.</p>
<p>Arguably, this is a more valuable approach to perpetual success because it places you directly into the process of self-mastery without having to research, study, or learn anything. Even if you don&#8217;t study the mental components, you&#8217;ll begin to subconsciously acquire an understanding about how powerful mind-body exercise can be in transforming your life. This is not a new discovery, but an age-old discipline. Although, TACFIT Warrior is the first fitness product that I&#8217;ve encountered which teaches lifestyle success through a catalyst of physical success.</p>
<h2><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Bottom Line</span></h2>
<p>The bottom line is that TACFIT Warrior is a solid fitness program. Overall, I think the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages when taking an objective look at the entire product. There is a ton of value delivered with all of the resources and bonuses, and the price is unmatched in the fitness industry for this quality of educational materials. Although, that doesn&#8217;t mean that TACFIT Warrior is the right product for everybody, which is why you need to see it for yourself.</p>
