4/10/09 – No/Low Intensity Day February 22, 2009 – Bodyweight Day Bodyweight Training Session (round 5 demonstrated in video): Here is a quick fitness tip from my training partner, Kyle Battis, and myself about how to fit sneaky exercises into your busy schedule.
I just had a killer strength training session with my training partner, Kyle Battis, and we filmed a video about one of the best exercises for your legs – the bodyweight lunge. We go over many different variations of this exercise, some of which you probably have not have seen before. So check it out, and make sure to check out the sample program below the video: Bodyweight Lunge Exercise Variations These three bodyweight training sessions can be inserted into your program, or used as a stand-alone workout routine for 4 weeks.
