June 22, 2009 – Moderate Intensity Day 4/10/09 – No/Low Intensity Day Dr. Dean Goodman, a practicing chiropractor (website here), asked me: “I would like to share your core strength video with my patients….many of whom would be quite challenged simply by 15 seconds in plank. Do you have any standing core exercises to recommend?” I filmed a quick response for Dr. Goodman this morning. That video of you performing the flowfit exercise is intense! I can’t do that haha, anyway i was really hoping you could please help me out choosing my routine. On the dvd, there are 7 exercises and 4 flow exercises. For a couch potato such as myself, which exercises do i do and for how long? thank you very much for your help! -stab Here’s the video I think Stab is referring to: FlowFit Circuit Training ANSWER: Hey Stab, That’s a good question because Sonnon does leave it a little open-ended as to how to begin with the FlowFit program. Here is what I did…after a day of frequent joint mobility mini-sessions. |
