Earlier this year, I posted a quick Prasara Yoga flow that grew out of my regular practice (see part 1 here). Well, I’m at it again, and in the midst of a 31-day long cycle of daily Prasara Yoga in my training program.
I’m actually logging my yoga practice in a journal at the [...]
No tips, techniques or strategies today. Just a clip I shot this afternoon during my Prasara Yoga practice (with roots from BodyFlow) – did I mention it’s a beautiful Spring day up here in New England?

Prasara Yoga is like the glue that holds the rest of my training program together.
There is so much benefit to be had from practicing Prasara Yoga, but for now, I just want you to enjoy this short video.
I’m going to write this as a somewhat informal review, even though Ageless Mobility is deserving of a thorough and professional review (which it has received several times elsewhere).
I’m actually going to tell you a story about myself, and I’ll start in January of 2006 during a deadlifting session at the local gym [...]
