Winter is here – what you can do to warm up by John Sifferman

It’s not official according the calendar yet, but the winter is officially here in New England.  We had a doosie of a storm this week that left over 30% of the Granite State without power.  It’s been two days now that I have been without power, and my home is pretty cold now.  I’m writing this to you from a hotel room – my wife and I came here to take showers and charge our phones and laptops.  We might not have power, but that won’t stop us from staying warm!

Joint mobility training is one of the most beneficial forms of exercise, and I recommend you adopt this method of training whatever your training goals.

Stay warm this weekend, and this winter!

To your health and success,
