The Shapeshifter Body Redesign Program is a plug-and-play, follow-along bodyweight training program that integrates a broad range of workout, diet, and lifestyle training methods into one comprehensive system to help you transform your body in six weeks.
Note: be sure not to miss the Free Prize Giveaway – see below for details!
So, last month, I wrote up a glowing review of Scott Sonnon’s TACGYM program. Loved everything about it. Fantastic program through and through. Then a couple weeks ago, Ryan Murdock and Adam Steer (known online as the “bodyweight coaches” and whom I’ve interviewed before) send me a copy of their Shapeshifter Body Redesign Program – another superb product that I’ve been looking forward to since last year. And now I hear that Shane Heins is coming out with another clubbell training program this summer. Ay yie yie! It’s hard to keep up with these guys.
Anyways, over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been taking a close look at everything in the Shapeshifter Program. And you know me. I’m critical, and I’ll be brutally honest about what I think – even if it hurts. Fortunately for them, I have mostly good things to say!
There’s a lot of buzz surrounding this program, and there are a lot of people hyping it up. So, I’m just going to cut the fluff and tell you like it is. If you want to know exactly what you get, the product-related pro’s and con’s, and who it’s best suited for (and not best suited for), then continue reading.
So, what is the Shapeshifter Program?
Well, for starters, it’s a digital (ie downloadable) equipment-free, bodyweight exercise program that is meant to help you favorably change the shape of your body over the course of 6 weeks or longer. Shapeshifter will help you lose fat, build muscle, and create a beautiful physique using workouts that can be done anywhere, anytime. But this is so much more than just a workout program. It’s comprised of three major elements: training workouts, diet methods, and lifestyle strategies. When you combine all three of these elements together, you create a powerful synergistic effect to help you transform your body. The power comes from the integration of each element towards a common goal. Every good coach understands this process.
Sure, you can make good progress by starting a workout program, and every diet will help you lose weight for at least a few weeks (even a poor diet). But when you combine a well-rounded training program with a goal-targeted diet, and supercharge that combination with a blend of carefully-chosen lifestyle strategies, you have a formula for major success. People who have dieted in the past without training (or vice versa) will notice a big difference in their results when they start to integrate both strategies together. And that’s exactly what the Shapeshifter Program does.
So, in terms of what you’ll actually get when you buy, the package will include things like: exercise tutorial videos and manuals, follow-along videos, warmup and cooldown videos, detailed performance tips, progress tracking guides, simple diet and lifestyle coaching in the form of articles and videos (including some guest articles from topic experts), and many other things. There are far too many to list here, so you’ll just have to read the sales page to cover it all.
On top of all the program materials themselves, you’ll also get access to an entire community of people who are using the program together – one of the greatest aspects of this product. To truly change your body and your life, accountability will be a huge asset for your success, especially if family, friends, and co-workers aren’t very supportive of your goals. The social support is contagious in a community like this, and will help motivate you to stick with the program.
What Makes The Shapeshifter Program Unique
Before I even get to the Pro’s and Con’s, I want to mention one of the finest aspects of the Shapeshifter Program. Shapeshifter takes plug-and-play to a whole new level. This is one major advantage that this product has over others in terms of content delivery.
Adam and Ryan understand that true body transformation is very tough to accomplish – especially long-term. It takes a lot of hard work and commitment because it requires that you change your habits and behavior over a period of weeks, months, and even years. So, rather than just sell you a stock workout program and leave you in the dark once they’ve got your cash, they’ve created a powerful follow-up system that will kick-start you into action on a daily basis. Yep. Every. Single. Day.
It’s true that a lot of recent training programs are plug-and-play. Honestly though, compared to what I’ve seen so far, this goes beyond plug-and-play. This is “take you by the hand, and do exactly as I tell you” plug-and-play. Ryan and Adam have gone the extra mile to make sure everyone who purchases this program has absolutely no excuse not to succeed. Everything is outlined for you in advance, and there is no stone left unturned.
One of the positive side-effects of a plug-and-play program like this is that it’s action-oriented. This is especially great because the ultimate goal in making a purchase like this is to change something about yourself – and that requires massive action-taking. We know that any diet or workout program will work for at least a few weeks because action always trumps perfection (even a poor program will produce some results initially). Shapeshifter will provide not only the action steps needed, but focused action items that will help move you towards your physique goals as fast as possible.
This is like the ultimate quick-start guide for pursuing your physique goals on the fast track.
Shapeshifter Program Pro’s
There are a lot of things that I like about this program, and I’ve picked 10 of them to focus on in this review.
1) No equipment required – A huge advantage that Shapeshifter has over many other body transformation programs is that it requires zero equipment – meaning you need absolutely nothing else to get started and you can do the workouts anywhere, and anytime. You don’t need a gym membership or an expensive home gym to complete the Shapeshifter program. In fact, most of the workouts can be done in the space that two yoga mats would take up on the ground.
2) Short, but intense workouts that fit all but the busiest schedules – Most of the workouts can be completed in about 20-30 minutes, making them very time efficient and workable for almost anyone regardless of schedule or time availability.
3) Holistic workout program – There are six elements incorporated into the actual exercise program: cardioflow, 3D strength training, afterburners, neuroboost sessions, Shapeshifter stack, and Shapeshifter regen. So, this is not just a strength training + cardio program, but a holistic approach for physique development using some of the most effective training methods Adam and Ryan have come across in their combined experience. Please note that these methods are based on timeless principles – no voodoo or program design magic at work. There’s nothing new under the sun here, just repackaged and reorganized in a new way for this particular system (with fancy, updated names).
4) Recovery techniques are built-in to the curriculum – Part of the holistic nature of the workout program is that recovery techniques are included in the system itself. So, you’re not just sent off to enjoy a rest day (aka off day) a few times a week, but you actually do some physical training every day (I love it!). When you don’t have a challenging strength training session, you’ll spend some time on active recovery to speed up your progress. Not only that, but there are within-workout recovery techniques included as well. These advanced training strategies are invaluable to anyone who intends on getting the most out of the entire six week program.
5) The entire program is Plug + Play – I know I mentioned this above, but I wanted to reiterate that there is no guesswork involved with the Shapeshifter Program. You just follow the daily instructions and do the work when you’re supposed to. No need to figure anything out or customize your program. It’s action-oriented.
6) Holistic body transformation approach – As I alluded to before, this isn’t just a workout program, but a complete lifestyle design program. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Each element works with the next to help maximize the potential progress your body can achieve in six weeks time. It’s quite the departure from most traditional workout programs in this regard.
7) The program is structured yet flexible – Shapeshifter is very structured. It tells you exactly what to do every single day. Although, there is a little bit of room for flexibility, and there are even some alternative activity suggestions included in the program itself. So, you don’t necessarily have to give up your current physical activity routine to follow Shapeshifter.
8) Great for both beginners and seasoned trainee’s – You don’t need to be familiar with dieting, fitness training, or anything else related to them to start the Shapeshifter program. Everything is laid out for you already and it was created with the beginner in mind. That said, even athletes and seasoned fitness trainee’s will find value in the Shapeshifter Program for off-season training purposes or low-tech training options.
9) Hollywood-quality video production – Adam and Ryan pulled out all the stops, including hiring a professional film crew for all of their video production and editing. Not only is the content superb, but also the presentation. This not only makes it easier to follow the program, but also instills a confidence in its effectiveness.
10) High value for your money – For less than the cost of a single personal training session, you get a complete system to help you transform your body over six weeks. There is a LOT of material included in the program. They could easily charge hundreds of dollars for this, but they wanted to make this accessible to as many people as possible. So, if you’re shopping around based on value, this is definitely a viable option.
I could go on, but I hope you get the idea by now. This is well-beyond most other fitness training programs available online.
Shapeshifter Program Con’s
Overall, I don’t have any major complaints. The program will do what it claims. These are just some things you might want to know before you buy.
I would have liked to hear more from Adam and Ryan themselves – A lot of the non-training content was actually contributed from guest experts (many of whom I recognized – so, they’re not all a bunch of quacks!). While I would have preferred otherwise, I think I understand why they did this. Adam and Ryan consider themselves body transformation experts with a specialty in fitness training. I’m sure they deferred to others with more expertise in areas they are familiar with, but not comfortable taking an expert position in. Not a big deal because I think the training program alone is worth the cost of the whole program.
Some of the diet advice is controversial – I’ve found that the majority of the time, advice from the Shapeshifter is pretty solid – especially when it comes to physical training. Although, there were definitely some red flags when I was reading through some of the lifestyle, and in particular, the dieting methods. I won’t go over specifics, because I think that overall, the big picture will overshadow the minor grievances I have. This program will work even if some of the methods aren’t 100% agreed upon in fitness circles. Shapeshifter is centered around taking action on your physical goals every single day, and serves as a wonderful starting point for people ready to begin a new, healthier lifestyle. Don’t worry, the majority of what they’re teaching is agreed upon across the board. I just can’t fully endorse everything contained in the package. You can work out the specifics later (after you’ve transformed your body in 6 weeks).
Some of the materials are repackaged with new titles – You definitely see the influence of Circular Strength Training (CST) in the Shapeshifter Program. For example, many of the exercises have their roots in CST, just with different names. Also, the main training modalities are also spin-off’s from other well-known training methods (e.g. HIIT, joint mobility training, etc.). So, there isn’t a lot of newness here, except in the way it has been positioned and programmed (which is original). So, this is NOT an encyclopedia filled with new exercises and transformation strategies. Again, no biggie, but something you might want to know before you buy.
Some of the diet and lifestyle material was vague – Again, not a large mark off because this is an action-oriented program. But if you’re looking for a comprehensive dieting program that will answer all your nutrition questions, then look elsewhere. I see this program as a way of getting on the right track with the diet and lifestyle components, while following a masterfully-crafted training program. Diet and lifestyle refinement can come later once you have the basics mastered.
I found a couple of bugs with their software and occasional typographical errors – Tech problems are inevitable, and with a project this large, so are typo’s. So this isn’t a big mark off. It just comes with the territory, but it’s good to know before you buy. Lucky for you, there’s a section in the “Community Hub” where you can alert the support team about tech-related issues.
One last note: I have not seen the sales page prior to writing this review. So, I’m not in the know about what kind of claims Adam and Ryan are making about the results you’ll experience from using the program (if they’re claiming anything at all). I have seen some of the pre-launch marketing materials, and wanted to make sure you are aware of something that came to mind. But before I say anything else, I’ve known both Ryan and Adam and have considered them my coaches for the past few years. In that time, they have both seemed like down-to-earth, honest guys that I’ve enjoyed getting to know (they’re quite the characters!), and there’s no reason for me to believe they’d make an outrageous claim or try to trick anyone. That said, I want to make sure I cover my butt when I tell you that I think spot reduction is a myth, and that genetics and basic physiology overshadows any attempt to “shape” your body a certain way. I think Shapeshifter can help anyone improve the appearance of their physique, but it won’t change your body type and won’t morph you into a superhero in only 6 weeks. Maybe I’m being presumptuous, but I wanted to speak up anyways. That is all.
A Final Word on Quality, Professionalism, and Value
Ryan and Adam have really raised the bar with their Shapeshifter Program (there’s been a lot of that lately, eh?). The complete package, from all its major components to the nitty-gritty details, is professionally done through-and-through.
To put it bluntly, the Shapeshifter Program makes competing products look like high school science projects that were thrown together the night before. It doesn’t take long to realize that a ton of time, thought, effort, and a significant financial investment went into this project. The fact that you can get the entire system for less than the cost of a single personal training session is astounding.
These guys have released fitness products before – most of which I didn’t bother reviewing, but this time was different. They set out to do it right, and to make a powerful impression – and they have. I think there’s still room for growth and development, but that doesn’t change the fact that the value of the Shapeshifter program is remarkable and the quality of its presentation is top-notch. On top of that, the content-delivery system is unparalleled in our industry (at least from what I’ve seen) and sets a new standard for those who are constantly striving to make fitness info more accessible to the public. Well done, guys!
Who is Shapeshifter best-suited for?
That’s an easy one. If you are willing to work hard to burn fat and build lean muscle to reshape your body, and you want to be told exactly what to do every single day, then the Shapeshifter Program is for you. I know that’s broad and encompasses a lot of people. So, to be a bit more specific…
I think it’s absolutely perfect for beginner’s or people who have been on a diet or workout program without much success before. If you’re looking for a jump-start in your health, fitness, and physique, then this is about as good as it gets. Also, those with fat loss goals will be especially well-served from this program. But honestly, I think almost anyone with a remote interest in fitness would enjoy this program. Yep, even you gym-goers, bodybuilders, and strength athletes.

I found out about Shapeshifter from your site. And I have to say that I have been very excited about its launch. I have been working on my own body transformation for the last 14 months. Paleo diet, Crossfit, and O lifiting. But I have been suffering some setbacks the last 6 months: binge eating, injury, pleatue in weight loss, lack of interest in material at my gym, lack of trust in my trainer. Funny enough I started attending Belly Dancing classes to help my core, its been the only exercise I have looked forward to the last 2 months. Over the 14 months I have lost 35 lbs but still have about 30 to go. I hope that Shapeshifter will give me some guidance to get out of my rut!
I’m sure it will. Adam and Ryan have included some “lifestyle electives” like hiking and roller blading for some alternatives. Now, they’ll have to add belly dancing to the list. Not my cup of tea, but my wife and I just finished 6 months of ballroom dance lessons. We’re going to put our skills to the test at a wedding later this month :-)
John, This looks great. I will be happy to put this on our blog to help publicize your site as well but I wanted your okay first. Thanks so much for using the Gym In A Bag tm. as one of your prizes. Let me know how else I can support you as well. Thanks John and have a rgeat day! Jerry
That would be awesome, Jerry. Thanks for the offer! Please spread the word any way you’d like.
You’ve got a good product, and I’m happy to offer it to my readers in conjunction with the Shapeshifter Program release. One of the Shapeshifter bonus programs has a resistance band training plugin for which the Gym In A Bag would be perfect.
Thanks again!
“Body redesign” to me is not just measured by having an ideal physique. It is about being able to do all function required and be prepared for when things go unexpectedly. It is about finding a lifestyle of eating, exercise, and overall health. This will achieve the results one wants long-term, rather than just some diet or latest fad. Since I have found about CST , meditation, and”paleoish” eating, I have made measurable progress. I still have some issues, most of these were preconditions from way before I got into this lifestyle. Still a little bit of “Stubborn” fat to get rid of, but it isn’t a top priority. Overall health and enjoyment outweighs the mirror any day.
I will go ahead and share this on facebook, thanks for the review and being one of the few blogs I care to read these days.
John,
Is Gym in the box something that you could do tacfit rope with?
That’s a negative. It’s primarily a resistance band kit.
I think I have bought enough programs for awhile, still haven’t got to most of them. Have all the tacfit and most of Adam/Ryan’s work already. Looks like a good one though
I hear ya, Miykael. I review WAY more products than I could ever commit to.
I’ve got a hereditary muscle dystrophy (FacioScapuloHumeral Dystrophy) that affects my upper back and shoulders. I’m 32 years young and my goal is all about finding a way to rebuild some of the muscle that has wasted away. I spent 18 months squatting and deadlifting until I found CST (just about to start CBME so shapeshifter will have to wait a little while unfortunately).
Your Quad-Wheel Switch Exercise could be exactly what I’ve been looking for John if it is “for improving posture by strengthening the musculature surrounding the shoulders and upper back.”
At this point, you’ve got pretty good odds of winning :) There’s still time to get in on the contest though (ends tonight at midnight).
As someone who already has and loves Tacfit Warrior, I noticed some similarities with the launchpad exercises. Does the rest of Shapeshifter in your opinion have exercises quite different from Warrior?
There are some unique ones, yes, but both programs are based on the Circular Strength Training system. So, there will be some similarities. If I were you, I’d get Shapeshifter if you want a daily guide for the non-training aspects of body transformation. And keep in mind that there are other aspects of the training program besides the exercise selection, including some new modalities that you won’t find in TF Warrior.
when i discovered scott sonnons work i was on an injurious path which seemed to be leading to the destruction of my fitness and health goals… my knees were begining to give out and was having resurfacing of old injuries quite often…. started doing intuflow, and incorporating circular strength and am now loving tacgym… my body is back to a healthy state as far as my joints, and my strength and mobility are better than ever… im really happy now.
I remember 35 years ago being picked on by my gym teacher because I couldn’t do a chin up. I just “wasn’t athletic.” I wasn’t even fat back when I was 10, just weak.
Last night I did 8 sets of 3 of chinups with an extra 30 pounds hanging off a weight belt.
And I’m still around 20% bodyfat — when I cut another 20 pounds of fat I’m going to be doing some serious weighted chins.
So being labelled as not athletic was probably not accurate — and yet it affected a lot of my thinking over the years.
I find that a lot of what is required for body redesign is figuring out what is really possible. Not by what I was told, but by what I can actually do.
Hi,
Great blog and videos, etc. I’ve become a stay at home dad of a newborn baby girl and have been trying to perform my own transformation as I am nearing 40 and would like to be as fit and able as I can to play with her as she grows up. I have been back in school the last few years and had fallen out of the habit of “living physically”. As part of my new interest in this I’ve started a natural movement meet up group to learn and share with others. Thanks again for the great blog.
I’m still in the beginning stages of my “body redesign” and am very intrigued by this program. I am always short on time and there are just some days I can’t get to the gym. I’m really working on finding ways to get fit without a lot of equipment (money is tight) and at home for those mornings I just can’t get up before 5 to get to the gym. I also love the holistic approach as I truly believe that looking at the whole picture is the only way to really redesign my body. I’ve tried the workout only, diet only paths and the only thing that works is getting it to all work at one time time. Great review and definitely something I’ll consider.
Body redesign is something that is strived for by many. It’s wonderful to see opportunites offered so that individuals can choose a program that will work for them. Thank you for presenting this info on your site so so I can take my present day body and improve my fitness level in various ways.
If you are involved John, then i have to stand up and take a look!As you know,I am already incorporating Cst into CrossFit to keep my athletes healthy. I am very interested in The shapeshifter series. A little skeptical,But.Prove me wrong!
Hey Bill! How are things down at GMCF? Shapeshifter is just another great program from the CST system – there are a bunch out there these days. So, we coaches get to pick and choose.
I bet some of your new clients (new to fitness) would be interested in the Shapeshifter Program. It’s definitely catered to the beginner. Your hardcore CrossFitter’s may be interested, too, but it’s not as relevant for advanced trainee’s.
Body Re-design is something foreign to me up until I embrace CST’s holistic approach to fitness. I now understand that working out is not just a matter of getting in shape or just loosing weight. It’s a change in life style, a change in mind set. I’m on my way to re-designing my body to a new me. I love the changes that I see in the mirror but most importantly, I love my new way of living. CST helps me to achieve this and I believe that Shapeshifter will be another launching pad to a better me.
Body redesign, to me, means reshaping and remodeling the composition and measurments of my body. I have always enjoyed Adam and Ryan’s products and have ordered the Shape Shifter program too. I am very over fat and I strive to reshape my body by building muscle and decreasing body fat. I travel for my job so a body weight program is important to me. I have a medical background and appreciate all the information and form of the exercises the program offers and look forward to tracking my progress as I move through the plan. I am a beginner and really appreciate any structure that can help me get into the healthier lifestyle I crave.
“Body Redesign” to me means that you take actions to begin transformation. For the past few years I have lost over 70 pounds by “taking action” though healthy food choices and simlpy moving! At first, I could only walk, very slowly, for a few blocks. Then I slowly added more actions like walking around the local parks incorporating steps and walk/jog intervals. I am always looking for fun things to do in my neighborhood that helps to give me a full body work out, such as stairs, benches, swimming holes, walking trails! My body is in the process of being redesigned and will keep going as I still have more to redesign! It is up to each of us to take action to create the redesign we desire! Thanks for the chance to win!
Congratulations Theresa! You are very inspiring!
I John, I think your site and videos are great. I workout at home and i’m always looking for new ideas to add.
Thanks for posting your reviews and info.
Thanks,
Scott.
Shapeshift Will totaly redesign your body, and what that means to me is a totaly body transformation. I like the idea of having diet and lifestyle changes along with the follow along videos. I’m so usd to hitting the steel, but when you lay off it for a while you loose strength and muscle. I love CST aproach to training. I’m sure the Shapershifter program is what I’ve been searching for many, many years. I need to redesign my body and totaly transform it into a mean lean machine, and Shapeshifter is the program for me. Sincerely, Mike
For me, body redesign is about being the best that I possibly can be. So that changes and means different things in different circumstances. Currently, after my 4th pregnancy (3rd caesarean) that means losing a little bit more weight, but more importantly, regaining the fitness and strength that I had before to allow me to look after my 3 children. And for the competitive part of me, it also means being able to beat my dad up a hill..
Thanks for providing such great information
Body Redesign is something I’ve been striving for many years, it’s been hard work but I’m getting there eventually. CST looks to be THE answer I’ve been searching for all these years.
I am debating about getting Shapeshifter. I have all the tacfit programs(excluding Tacfit26), GMB programs, CBME(shane Heins), and most of Adam/Murds stuff. What really makes this improved from them and what does it have that other programs don’t have besides better production value? I know none of the exercises are that new, just the protocols. I do want to get rid of some stubborn fat , but i am sure these other programs can help along with adjusting diet. Just trying to justify the purchase to my mind :)
If I were you, I’d get Shapeshifter if you want a daily kick in the butt concerning nutrition and lifestyle integration. If you feel like your non-training pursuits are in chaos, then this might be a good kick-start in the right direction for you. Otherwise, I’d probably save my money. Then again, you can always check it out and get a refund if it doesn’t jive with your goals.
Miykael… I have the same issue as you. I have all the Tacfit too except for Tacfit 26 along with other CST products and GMB’s. :)
But, alas…. I gave in and decided to purchase Shapeshifter. To me, the goal is not only to use the system but to learn as much as I possibly could so that I can lead by example.
Buy it man…. ;)
For years, I thought that body shaping was about how strong I looked and how many different body building lifts I could do. Then I came across Parkour training and it opened my eyes not only to the art of Parkour but to the amazing things the human body is capable of doing if it is allowed to move naturally. I changed literally overnight from a weight lifter to a functional bodyweight person. I saw that if I was not capable of moving my own body the way it was meant to be moved, everything else was artificial. I am proud to tell my bodybuilding co-workers that there is a better way that not only keeps you strong and healthy, it feels “right.” I feel more free in my workouts than ever before. It is also for everyone. There is something in the CST catalogue for everyone, no matter how far down you think you have gone. You can do it.
What did you like about Shapeshifter so far, Tim?
John,
I have a friend that is extremely overweight and suffers from fibromyalgia. Would this be a possible program for someone with these limitations? Her only medical restrictions relate to heavy pounding and heavy neck work due to a surgical cervical fusion. Otherwise they want her to move! But traditional weight training and cardio are way too painful.
Lisa,
Honestly, I’m not the right person to ask. I’m not qualified to offer medical advice and I wouldn’t have a clue about what to recommend anyways. She could always run the program by her doctor, and if it isn’t suitable, get her money back (60-day money-back guarantee). Sorry I can’t be of more help.
I decided to give it a try, can always get money back. However I noticed there is an offer with addition components”Super Power Mega-Pack” for an extra $29.95? It is one of those one-time offer things, a kind of marketing I am, not a huge fan of. I just wish they would let their customers know about that before they even order.
It is mostly recipe books, follow-along vids, smoothie recipes , community and coaching access etc
Did anyone order this and was it worth it?
I am always interested in any program that will allow anyone to participate and is intune with how our body are meant to move.

As someone who already has and loves Tacfit Warrior, I noticed some similarities with the launchpad exercises. Does the rest of Shapeshifter in your opinion have exercises quite different from Warrior?
Thanks for post…
See my response to Chance above – answered the same question.
Hi John, I have a question that it looks like you already answered. I haven’t taken advantage of the Shapeshifter special yet mostly because I’m not interested in the diet and lifestyle recommendations. However, I’m always into their fitness programs. I already own a bunch of them: BBFL, BER, etc as well as other CST/Tacfit programs.
Although you answered this type of question above, I’m still having a hard time deciding to order the program if I already know there is a chance I might return it. It seems like Adam and Ryan are cool with it though. Yet it feels weird and not the way I usually treat others’ business efforts. Can you absolve me of my guilt before the special expires?!
Thank you!
Best regards
PS: What is the MegaPack bonus since you recommended it? Thanks, John!
Sorry I couldn’t answer in time for the special – was out of town all weekend.
re: getting a refund if you don’t like the program
It’s no different from getting a refund on a purchase you make in a store. They know that you’ll need to see the program before you actually decide if it’s right for you, and that’s why they offer the 60-day money back guarantee. It gives you a chance to find out what you’re getting into. If you don’t like it, or if it doesn’t suit your needs 100%, you just tell them you’d like a refund and they’ll take care of it.
re: MegaPack bonus
There is a lot included, but it’s essentially follow-along videos, meal plans, access to the community section of the shapeshifter hub, and daily coaching advice. There are a few other odds and ends, but that’s essentially it.
Of all the bonus offers, this is the one to get, and it’s well-worth the investment IMO. In fact, I think this stuff is so integral to the program, that it should have been included in the main package – even if they had to raise the base price a bit. Highly recommended!
No worries, John. Hope you enjoyed your weekend!
Thanks for the refund clarification. I went ahead and ordered the program to check it out. I will post here my findings. I’m in process of downloading it now. I must check out the exercise vids right away – the diet and lifestyle info wasn’t my main interest.
I passed on the Mega Pack. I honestly didn’t review all the detail of what is contained it. I noticed it did have a bunch of meal plans, recipes, etc. As a vegetarian, I knew most of this would not apply to me.
Thanks again for your support, John!!
where can i get an actual video/hard copy?!
