10 clubbell side-semi’s
20 clubbell side swipes

45 lb clubbell practice:
10 rock-its
10 swings
10 rock-its
10 swings
10 cleans to order
10 cleans to order

Single-leg squat practice:
8/leg Alternating pistol w/ spinal rock
5/leg
5/leg
5/leg

Double 15 lb clubbell practice:
10 rock-its
10 swings
10 swipes
10/leg reverse lunges with swipe
5/side Alternating front pendulums
10/side Single-arm mills

Technique rating was high all throughout. Exertion was kept low, except on the single-leg squats.
