How do some people manage to get and stay in great shape, year round, with minimal effort, and still have a life?

One of the main reasons is because they stopped waiting to be ready. And if you want to achieve your ambitious fitness goals, you should stop waiting, too.

Stop waiting to be ready. Because if you can’t be ready now, you never will be.

Stop waiting for clarity. Get moving in the right direction and course-correct later.

Stop waiting until you feel like it. Your feelings shouldn’t be running the show.

Stop waiting for a perfect plan. It doesn’t exist. Move forward with “good enough.”

Stop waiting until tomorrow, next week, next year. Take responsibility for yourself and your condition today.

Stop waiting for the support you’ll need. Get some on the way.

Stop waiting for a program to follow. Find your own path and make your own program if you have to.

Stop waiting for motivation. It comes and goes, and in order to succeed, you need to keep going regardless.

Stop waiting until it’s easier. Change and growth NEVER gets easier. Get used to the idea.

Stop waiting for the fear to pass. Face your fears, and with practice, you will overcome them.

Stop waiting for the answers. But keep asking questions.

Stop waiting for help. Help yourself!

Stop waiting for the big break. Start breaking things.

Stop waiting for permission. Give yourself permission.

Stop waiting for the right time. The time is now. It always has been and always will be.

Fact #1: Right now is always the best time to get serious about pursuing your dreams.

So, stop waiting. Make a decision, get serious, and make things happen.

It’s never too late. You’re not too old, too fat, too injured, or too-far-gone to begin anew or pursue excellence.

Stop wondering if the time is right, and start acting like your life depends on it (because it does!). Turn your doubts, fears, excuses, and insecurities upside-down and use them to fuel your pursuit of excellence.

Fact #2: Every single day, people around the world put a stake in the ground and decide that TODAY is the day, and then they go on to achieve their goals.
